During my tour in Shanghai, I was invited to be a Global Guest DJ at Udance Radio China. This is the hub for underground dance music of all genres. Like a goldfish I  was set inside a massive neon blue globe, while the staff seated around all sides of me, continued on with their duties as if it was normal for DJs to be on display as their office decor. And it is. It’s what they do. No big deal.

An engineer paid undivided attention while recording my 2 hour live set of Deep, Tech & Booty House, closing out with likely the 1st Trap song to be played there…! What an experience. China was definitely a wild adventure!

Came across this archive radio interview I did for a show called Bass Frequencies. It’s incredible how much time has passed since this interview, and I heard it for the first time today. The hosts Matthew Jones and Allan Binder hold it down on the electronic front for CSUN college radio. We talked about my role in the rise of female DJ culture, and debuted a sneak listen to my next release!  After a hiatus to work on movies as a Sound FX Editor & Designer, I am now back working on that release, set for completion right before I head off to tour Shanghai!!!
